Take advantage of Legal & General America's online tools and digital processes that can help you navigate the current situation:

Use eDelivery

LGA’s flexible and award-winning eDelivery solution lets your clients sign and download policy documents – and pay first premiums online. eDelivery is a great solution in the event that postal services are not available.

Not using eDelivery? Here are some alternatives:

1. Download policies from the Partner Dashboard
You can download your clients' policy by going to the Partner Dashboard, navigate to the Documents tab and click on Issued Policy Print. Email files to your producers/clients.

2. Customers sign and scan or take photos of signed documents
Customers can sign their delivery documents and EFT form, then scan a copy or take photos (must be good quality).

Choose to have customers email documents to their agent or BGA, or have customers send documents directly to LGA by emailing:  customerservice@bannerlife.com or customerservice@wpenn.com.

3. Customers can call to set up EFT payments over the phone
If customers want to complete the EFT authorization over the phone, they can call 800-638-8428 to reach Banner Life or 800-346-4773 to reach William Penn.
 

Sign up for EFT commissions
EFT is an easy and efficient way to receive commission payments. We recommend agents sign up for EFT commissions to alleviate the issues associated with manual handling during this time. EFTs are transferred to the bank on the next business day following the commission cycle. Start by downloading one of these forms:
